JDV SHAFTLESS CONVEYORS are superior to conventional
screw conveyors in that they are designed without a central shaft.
The steel spiral conveyor thus provides greater capacity and more consistent
material flow than conventional screw conveyors. Additionally, the
shaftless design requires external bearings at the drive end only,
thereby eliminating the need for intermediate internal or end bearings.

that require irregular objects to be transported. The belt conveys
abrasive, as well as pliable materials without excessive wear or changing
the characteristics of material. With one drive, JDV Belt Conveyors
can be configured to allow material to be transported horizontally
and/or inclined. This eliminates the need for multiple drives and permits
one continuous belt to convey material without being overworked.

Rotary Drum Thickeners
The cost effective solution to sludge volume reduction |
JDV SLUGDE THICKENER lets you remove free water from
raw sludge-or from digested sludge. Less water means more solids to your
digesters-which means your current system can process more sludge. Less
water in thickened sludge means less cost for sludge hauling.
HOW IT WORKS- Polymer is injected into the feed line
and mixed with thin sludge in the Floc Tank. The conditioned sludge is
then passed into the rotating screen drum which separates the flocculated
solids from the water. Thickened sludge rolls out the end of the drum,
while separated water decants through the screen.
